About Me
I’m a strategist, speaker, and storyteller based in Brisbane.
Eighteen months ago, I came out as transgender.
A moment that reshaped how I lead and how I show up at work. It taught me the importance of compassion, authenticity, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves.
Professionally, I specialise in customer experience, digital transformation, and human-centred strategy; to solve complex problems and design more intuitive digital experiences.
Today, I bring together my lived experience and my strategic expertise: helping organisations lead with empathy while navigating AI, uncertainty, and change. I believe workplaces can be both high-performing and deeply human, and I’m passionate about helping teams build them.
